Choose à la carte or try one of Chocobel’s chocolate boxes (6 to 12 pieces): local flavour chocolates, traditional chocolates or truffles.
Chocobel
Yanick Belzile, owner of Chocobel and true cocoa fanatic, opened his shop, on DeCastelneau street, Montreal, in 2001. Always on the look out for outstanding aroma marriages, he concocts unusual new flavours to tickle your taste buds. At Cha Noir Tea House, you will be given the opportunity to enjoy some flavoured ganaches (apples and rosemary, strawberries and tarragon, chaï, etc.) as well as sumptuous chocolate-coated (dark or milk) caramels (“brûlé” or with “fleur de sel”).
Chocolats Privilèges
In their Montreal facilities, chocolate makers from Chocolats Privilège prepare cocoa-flavoured jems to please even the most discriminating palates. At our chocolate display, you may find among others a “Diamant”, a “Framboisine”, a “Porto” ganache or a delicious praline with pistachio paste.
Please take note that chocolates are not available during the summer season, from July to August.
