New arrivals of Pu erh Sheng and Shou

Compressed Pu erhWhether it is Shou (cooked) or Sheng (raw) Pu Erh, this tea can come in compressed forms, the main ones being cakes (Bĭngchá), bricks (Zhuānchá) and nests or bowls (Tuocha). Use a Pu Erh knife to remove a small amount of leaves by pushing the knife in the direction of compression and then gently lift. Infuse several times in a Zhong or Yixing teapot.

Quebec ceramicist Marie Hébert

The Quebec ceramicist Marie Hébert (studio Bleu Marie) creates pieces with a characteristic spiral pattern in shades of blue and green reminiscent of the colours of the ocean. It was in fact in Ireland, by the seaside, where this artist was first inspired to create ceramics.
